GIFTs have a minimum value of €5.00.
Once purchased, GIFTs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
GIFTs are valid for a period of 365 days from the date your payment is received.
This validity period may be extended for an additional 90 days upon request to TravelOAZ prior to purchase and subject to our confirmation.
GIFTs are intended to be used (redeemed) exclusively for the purchase of travel products provided by iCliGo, for which we act as consultants.
Within the indicated validity periods, if GIFTs are not used, they will expire. GIFT validity cannot be extended.
If the product value is lower than the GIFT amount, the difference will not be refunded.
If you still have a remaining balance on a partially used GIFT, you may use that balance for future bookings, provided it is still within the validity period.
Bookings made using GIFT promotional codes are not eligible for any changes and are entirely non-refundable.
GIFTs are valid for any recipient and are transferable.
GIFTs can only be redeemed in the issuing currency (€).
If a credit card payment fee applies, it will be taxed at 23%.
We are not responsible for external or force majeure factors that may prevent the creation of a personalized experience within the GIFT validity period.
Unless otherwise required by law, your agreement to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal, and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
